We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging where applicable.

  • Item must not show signs of use, damage, or modification

  • Original labels and seals must be intact (where applicable)

  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Items with removed or damaged serial numbers

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accident

  • Software or digital products (once activated)

  • Items marked as No Returns in the listing

How to Return

  1. Contact us through email within 30 days of delivery

  2. Provide order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  4. Pack item securely in original packaging

  5. Send via tracked postal service

  6. Retain tracking information until refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

  • Other: Buyer pays return shipping

Refund Processing

Ex Demo items are sold as tested and working unless otherwise stated. All items are inspected before dispatch. If an item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us for resolution.

Batteries

Batteries are tested before dispatch and guaranteed to hold a charge. Battery life and capacity may vary based on usage patterns and device condition. This is normal for all lithium-ion batteries.

Delivery Issues
